Hi, I’m Ally!
In 2016, I attended Leiths School of Food and Wine and then entered the professional kitchen. It is an understatement to say that chef life is intense! I eventually realised that I enjoyed writing the recipes more than working the line during gruelling restaurant service.
Since then, I have continued to flourish as a recipe writer, working for clients around the world, and now I have combined my skills from the kitchen with my career as an editor and proofreader as a cookbook editor.
