A couple of months ago I was in a lockdown slump, I think we all were to be honest, and everything about it made me annoyed so I made three cocktails (and drank them all mwhaha) called 'the three stages of lockdown'
Rice pudding pancakes
A couple of Sundays ago, I took a nice lamb shoulder and pressed handfuls of dukkah into its fatty skin. The dukkah was a smashed up mix of hazelnuts, sesame seeds, cumin, coriander and fennel seeds (the leftovers of which I've kept in a jar to contribute to my *ahem* daily afternoon snack of taramasalata).
