Is there anything more flamboyant than a baked alaska?! It's basically three desserts in one after all!
Galettes are the bake of the busy and messy cook. They are imprecise and rough around the edges and a bit wonky and this is why we love them. They are us in pastry form 🙋🏼‍♀️
Who else bounces out of bed for the love of breakfast?! 🥐🤤
Spring is in the air, the sun is shining and for this week's @sundayafternoonbakingclub I baked a carrot, walnut and berry cake with raspberry cream cheese glaze 🥕
The only thing better than a hot cross bun is a big pudding-cake MADE with hot cross buns.
A dessert which will never get old is the one and only sticky toffee pudding, and these ones are extra fancy as they are orange and ginger sticky toffee puddings, with chunks of chewy stem ginger and a spicy caramel sauce. And this why I love Sundays.
