Ingredients
170gmilk chocolatebroken into pieces
4tbspwater
1tbspgolden syrup
15gunsalted butter
Instructions
Put a pan of water on the heat and bring to a simmer.
Put all the ingredients in a heatproof bowl and set over the simmering water. Gently stir as the chocolate and butter melts and combines together until smooth and silky. Serve warm over crepes.
