Hot Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Here's a small quantity of sauce to serve immediately over crepes - or your chosen dessert.

Ingredients

  • 170 g milk chocolate broken into pieces
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 15 g unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Put a pan of water on the heat and bring to a simmer.
  • Put all the ingredients in a heatproof bowl and set over the simmering water. Gently stir as the chocolate and butter melts and combines together until smooth and silky. Serve warm over crepes.
